4. Return Shipping & Inspection Process

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged and retain your shipping receipt;

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item;

5. Exchange Handling

For approved exchange requests:

  • After the returned item passes inspection,

  • We will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days;

  • The replacement will be shipped to the delivery address confirmed in your order.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Visa, MasterCard);

  • Once processed, refunds are expected to be credited within 1–3 business days, depending on the card issuer;

  • If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

7. Shipping Cost Responsibility & Return Label

  • If the return or exchange is due to appearance defects, quality issues, odor, severe color difference, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us;

  • If the return or exchange is requested without reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;

  • Each package includes a return label to facilitate the return process.

Issues resulting from late reporting, improper use, or improper storage are not covered under this policy.
